The Family Edit is centred on preserving the emotional texture of childhood through timeless black-and-white portraiture — images focused less on perfect smiles and more on documenting who your children are right now: their softness, their curiosity, their stillness, their joy, their beautiful journey of becoming.
Each commissioned portrait session is centred on the individuality and honest connection of your children, with space for natural interaction and emotion to unfold gently.
Alongside solo child portraits, family and parent imagery are woven naturally into each session to create a fuller story of this season of life.

Step 1 — Connect with me
Begin your Family Edit Experience (click this link) by completing the inquiry form with a few details about your children, your family, and the season of life you would love documented. You will be invited to meet me for a Discover Meeting either in person or online. This is when I will explain session details, answer your questions, and provide all information you need to begin planning your experience.
Step 2 — Planning Your Session
After you have booked your Family Edit photo session, we will thoughtfully plan your session together.
We will discuss:
the personalities and rhythms of your children
the overall feeling and pace of the session
wardrobe guidance
The goal is to create an environment where everyone feels comfortable, relaxed, and fully present.
Step 3 — The Photo Session
Sessions are calm, child-led, and gently guided.
Rather than focusing on stiff posing or constant smiles, I create space for natural interaction, movement, emotion, and quiet observation to unfold organically.
The result is imagery that feels honest, timeless, and deeply personal.
Step 4 — Reveal Presentation and Ordering Appointment
Following your session, your images are carefully curated and edited in my signature black-and-white style. You will then be invited to visit my studio for a reveal presentation of the images from the session.
Your photographs are meant to live beyond a screen. During this meeting, you will be guided to select your photographs and place your fine art album and heirloom wall art order.
Step 5 — Showcase Them Beautifully
Your selected photographs will be professionally retouched and be sent to artisanal photographic art production studios in Europe to be made into beautiful album and wall art of your choice.
